The recent times have witnessed the world changing faster than ever with far-reaching technological advancements like artificial intelligence and pressing global challenges like climate-change. As educators with four decades of experience, we find ourselves reflecting on whether the prevailing schooling system truly prepares students to navigate a changed tomorrow.

This introspection led us to envision and establish a network of world-class, progressive K-12 schools designed to equip students with the skills, mindsets, and global perspectives necessary to thrive as future global leaders. This required a paradigm shift from conventional schooling approach and thus, born TCIS in the year 2016.

TCIS was founded and is guided by a diverse team of experts from both academic and non-academic fields. This cross-sectoral approach has fostered a culture of innovation and progressiveness, evident in every aspect of TCIS. While our unique educational model has earned numerous accolades, its true impact is best reflected in the achievements of our students and alumni.

An accomplished leader in education with over 35 years of experience, has held senior leadership positions at The Millennium School Dubai, DPS Sharjah, Meridian School Hyderabad, and Paul George Global School Delhi. A recognized CBSE trainer, she has championed the integration of inclusivity and global perspectives into academic curricula. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes collaboration among stakeholders, and she is passionate about introducing meaningful pedagogies into the teaching-learning process. Ms. Vijayan's awards include the ‘International School Award’ from the British Council and the ‘Best Principal Award’ from the Federation of Association of Private Schools. Her inspiring journey continues to shape TCIS Sarjapur students' learning with unwavering passion and purpose. She holds a Master's degree in Education.

Roshni Vijayan

A passionate proponent of the “No Child Left Behind” philosophy, she brings over three decades of experience to her leadership roles, including serving as Academic Dean at Ace Creative Learning Pvt. Ltd, Head of School and Academic Lead at Gopalan Group of Institutions, and a founding member of the TCIS Group of Institutions. A postgraduate in Science and Master's in Education, she seamlessly combines academic expertise with progressive teaching strategies. Her commitment to curriculum development, teacher empowerment, and student-centered learning fosters a culture of academic excellence, inclusivity, and continuous growth, inspiring both educators and students to realize their fullest potential and leaving a lasting impact on the educational community.

Dibha Samal

Principal, TCIS Whitefield

A seasoned management professional with 25 years of diverse experience and a deep passion for education, he manages strategic initiatives, policies, expansion and finance at TCIS Group level. He served as President and senior management member at Yes Bank, following a distinguished career with leading corporates such as ICICI Bank, Amul, and KMF. His professional journey began as a school teacher, reflecting his deep-rooted connection to education. He co-founded Tutormine, an EdTech company, and serves on the board of a few organizations. He holds an MBA from IRMA, Gujarat.

Shweta Singh is a visionary leader with over a decade of experience in education, specializing in technology-driven transformation, operational excellence, and institutional growth. A B.Tech graduate from Dr. DY Patil College of Engineering and Technology, Pune, she serves as Group Director of Technology, Operations and Growth at TCIS Group of Schools. She spearheads innovation, streamlines processes, and drives sustainable expansion. Her expertise in digital solutions, data analytics, and automation enhances learning experiences and optimizes efficiencies. Passionate about future-ready education, Shweta fosters continuous improvement, ensuring TCIS remains a benchmark institution for quality, innovation, and growth.
